auf einem wiesenstück, nahe einer wildfütterung, wurde ein 30kg schwerer salzsteinblock aufgestellt. der block hat die funktion eines lecksteins. im verlauf der zeit wurde der stein durch das lecken des wildes und der witterungseinflüsse verändert, bis hin zu seiner auflösung. durch das abfotografieren mittels 3-D kamera wurde ein zustand der sich veränderten form in daten gespeichert und durch eine fräße in ein anderes material übertragen.

 

a 30kg block of salt stone was placed on a meadow close by a deer feeding area and functioned as licking stone for the animals. in the course of time, due to the licking as well as different weather conditions the stone’s shape has changed until its dissolution. the different stages of the form were photographed with a 3d camera and the data collected was copied into another material with a special cutter.
